Replacing Foam Hand Grip

Silly, nuisance foam on ours. Was always slip'n and slide'n around. Only lasted two seasons. Ripped it all off and never looked back.

I didn’t purchase from etrailer. Shipping to Canada is outrageously expensive for many things. I ended up finding it on amazon.ca and paid CDN$11.38 + CDN$5.53 for shipping. Still pricey for a tube of foam but a lot cheaper than shipping from the U.S. and having to pay an extra 30 cents on the dollar in exchange rate.

Unfortunately there’s no video on this product on their webpage.

I completed the foam grip replacement this afternoon. My brackets do not have a removable cover like the one that 5picker showed. I had to remove the brackets entirely. The original pins were held on with self-locking retainer rings. The replacement kit included threaded pins and nylock nuts. The handle is a bit wobbly but I think it was similarly wobbly before replacing the grip. I'm not sure if I should have put the nuts on further. I used some ProFlexRV caulk in the holes before securing the brackets with the original screws.
