There are no breakers associated with the steps, they are 12 volt. The inline power fuse for the steps is coming directly off one of your coach batteries posts.

I have found three in line fuses coming off the battery. Checked all of them, all appear to be good. Still have non working steps. If it were in the switch how would I be able to tell?

The step switch is only used for keeping the steps extended with the door closed. Switch OFF for LIppert and switch ON for kwikee. The door magnetic switch is what controls step movement in and out. The ignition switch ON will override the step switch position with the door closed if the door magnetic switch is actuating correctly. The steps will always extend regardless ignition or step switch position if door magnetic switch is actuating correctly. Door magnetic switch, with door open, should be closed with LIppert steps and open with kwikee steps. Just the opposite magnetic switch position with door closed.
