Roller blinds repair

Cedar creek silverback 2019
Can anyone tell me how to fix a roller window shade that will not retract up or down? Can not move it unless I turn both gear wheels at the top of the shade. Is there a way to make the tension correct?
Thanks

sounds like they are the slow rise blinds made by irvine blind and shade, elkhart, IN. go to their website and they have a tutorial on how to adjust these blinds. if i remember one gear adjusts the speed and the other the tension.

If it’s made by MCD they also have instructions on their web site. I had to add a locking screw to mine so that the tension would not release randomly. They are molded for a locking screw but not installed at the factory.

Roller blinds repair

If you haven't tried it, Google "youtube slow rise roller shades adjustments", I found that very helpful.

Unfortunately, that it's not what I have. Mine are zebra blinds. I found the blinds but can't seem to locate parts.
