Hey 4runner.

I had the same problem with my Roo 23SS and got my field kit a month or so ago. Did the install in a day. Here is a link to a series of photos and an instruction sheet. My field kit didn't have EXACTLY the same materials but the basics are the same.

I'll be glad to offer any suggestions or ideas if you need them! Good luck!

no, the '09 models and on have this change already. it's for older models that have issues that the '09 and on models shouldn't have anymore.

i'm waiting to have this installed, after FR sent a basic seal kit to my dealer, instead of the full field fix kit. my dealer has gone to bat with FR to have this installed, since the basic seals still didn't resolve the problem.

Hello, new here and saw this post. I have a 2005 Rockwood Roo 21SS that has a streak of discoloration leaking from the bottom of my front bunk door. The discoloration runs all the way down to the bottom of the camper. There doesn't seem to be any water inside, but this tan discoloration coming from the bottom corners of the door has me worried.

Is there a new seal kit from Forest River? And how much does this kit cost.

Thanks and have a good one,

Don

Well I have been checking 2005 Roo 21SS for the leaking front bunk seal and it looks like it is leaking. It does not appear to be inside the camper just along the bottom of the door. You can push along the bottom inside of the door and it seems to be soft in places. Not good. I may need more than a seal kit. I may need a new door.

Does any one know who to call at Forest river and what a door may cost.

Any help is appreciated. And sorry for high-jacking the thread.

Thanks and have a good day,

Don

Edit: disregard this post. I got all the information from Forest River I needed my self.
