My TPO roof on my Shamrock has been cleaned twice... once with liquid Spic and Span mixed in water and a soft brush with a broom handle found at HDepot, and the second time with Dollar General brand Awesome cleaner sprayed full strength on to extra dirty sections, then washed and brushed with a dilute solution and washed off with water both times... worked great each time.

I always do a 3 or 4 foot wide section at one time, from side to side, then move back and start another section, always walking back onto the unwashed section.

X2 on tools and method as rsdata.
All depends on how dirty it is.
I use simple green and water. Works well on mild to dirty but not moldy roof. Works great on awning too.
