Roof problem?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2015 Wildcat Extralite. I was out this weekend, and I got up on the roof to check it out. I noticed these lines of gunk (mold?) seemingly lining up with where the plywood seams are under the rubber.

Is this normal? Or do I need to have it looked at? Thankfully, I have the two-year Forest River warranty that I'm still under.. Just seems odd that there are lines where the seams of wood are underneath.

Thanks in advance for the advice,
Matt

Yes, common on my current and past RVs especially with rubber roofs.
Suggest brush and soft scrub, hand and knees, clean entire roof and if rubber re-coat with rubber roof treatment. If fiberglass wax with floor wax or hand wax.
Camping World's rubber coat product is expensive as Home Depot's product is almost half and same ingredients.

Thanks! Glad to know it's not anything to worry about. It is a rubber roof, so I'll head over to Home Depot and pick up some cleaner.

Appreciate the response!
Matt
