RV Slide Issue and weather stripping melted

We had our first big trip and had a few issues - are any of these covered by the warranty? The RV is 9 months old.
1) the first issue was we went to close the Bedroom slide and it moved in about 2 inched then the right hand side got stuck, it was almost like it was not pulling the slide in evenly. The right side of the slide was getting caught and the left side was trying to come in. We made sure that nothing was blocking it and by the third attempt it released - on the third tried we held in the button for about 2-3 seconds and it finally caught and aligned itself then came in. Is there a way to move it manually, i was told there is but not sure what to look for

2) The second problem was the weather stripping on the outside kitchen came off (see attached pictured), it is if it melted.

3) The compartment on the RV where the water pump is below and to the right of the outside kitchen, has warped fiberglass and all the weather stripping came loose, melted and is no longer attached. I didnít look at it closely after we purchased the RV so I donít know if it was always warped and the Black filler covered the imperfection but there is a large GAP between the side of the compartment and the Fiber glass panel. Is this warranty or what should I get to repair it myself. Thanks the two photos on the top left and below it is outside kitchen and the other are the compartment where the water pump is

If you have the Lippert Schwintek slides, there is a video on youtube that shows how to retime them, also some on overriding and manual closing. I had to retime mine when I bought my rig, it was off from them demonstrating it at the dealer.
