Sagging ceiling headliners

I have a 2010 GT 378TS purchased in January 2010.

The material on the ceiling is sagging.

Has/does anyone else have/had the same issue?

If so, how did you resolve the problem?

That's a new one on me. I haven't heard of that happening. I thought it was glued to the ceiling. Hopefully you are still under warranty.

Here’s an update on my post from 9-2-2010……

I may be the only owner having this issue, but I suggest checking your ceiling headliners to make sure they are firmly adhered to the ceiling.

All of the panels in my 2010 GT 378TS are sagging. The panels that have light fixtures, smoke detectors, speakers, etc. screwed to the ceiling appeared OK, but sagged when these items were removed. When I first noticed the problem, I thought it was a shadow that was being cast by the way it looked. When I pushed the panel back up on the ceiling, it was “tacky” sounding but would drop back down in a very short time.

Fortunately I’m still in warranty, I purchased my unit in January, 2010.

My dealer got with FR and FR gave the OK to replace/repair and re-glue ALL the ceiling panels. FR stated that it must have been bad adhesive used in my unit. Don’t know if the adhesive used is in bulk or if it is one-on-one batch adhesive per unit manufactured. Dealer said the process will take 5-7 days.

I hope I’m the only one having this problem. My GT 378TS is a great MH, but these things do happen. Happy Camping!

Sorry to hear of your issue. Haven't heard anyone else complain about that, so hopefully it is an isolated incident, that you can get corrected swiftly and properly. Randy

Not to hijack this thread, but that brought back some memories for me! Back in the '70's, my cousin bought an old Studebaker. Whenever you would get that thing up to 70 mph with the windows open, the headliner would drop down and smack you in the head! Being the mature teenagers we were, it was great to take people out and not tell them what was about to happen. Ohh, the good ole days.
