salem 30 qbss HELP

This may be in the wrong place. I bought a 2010 salem 30qbss, the first trip the stabilizer jacks, all of them only had one screw holding them on, the rest were all broken off. the second trip i got to the campground and used the sink and noticed my grey water tank was gone. I had not hit anything in the road, i later found it within a mile of my house laying on the side of the road. has anyone else had problems like this and what should i do. i am scared to take it camping because im afraid something else might go wrong.can the grey water tank be put back in properly from the bottom. thanks for any help and advice.

These are warranty issues.
Take your trailer back to the dealer you bought it from.

Good luck!

i would say you have a dealer with a very poor service dept. these are the things they are supposed to check before you pick it up.
the factory is known for sending stuff that has unfinished details. it's up to the dealer to do a final check of everything.

If you have any trouble getting the dealer to go over the whole trailer and look for other potential issues I would contact Forest River Warranty Dept and get them to approve of the dealer doing so. Many dealers don't like doing warranty work becasue they don't get paid very well for it. Calling Forest River directly may be what the dealer needs to make sure they will get paid to look this rig over completely.

Info on contact numbers for FR is located at this thread.

Hope this helps in some small way.
