From my experience, I have not been able to find just the parts of the stabilizers to replace. It appears that the whole thing has to be replaced...but don't quote me on that.
There are a few manufactures out there, but yes, you can replace it with a Bal brand jack, that's probably one of the most popular brands on the market today. Here's their website if it's any help to you -

You'll want to be sure that you get the proper length to match the others if you are going to replace only the one that's broke.
