Yea. I think I am going to try using a pressure valve with a gauge. Set it at 50 and see.

Oh. Funny not only to spend time tinkering with your own rig but to do it on another is just asking for punishment.

All regs are not equal, not cheap but I would suggest a Watts ( or eqiv) regulator and guage, controls press with min impact on flow (check out the water pics in the album). We also dumped the big whole house filter and went back to a blue tube, we keep that in the frezzzer between trips.
