Sewer Valve Replaced on Warranty

Hello Everyone. I had a sewer valve replaced on warranty by my dealer, the repair seems to have been done propperly except that the holes they cut in the under belly liner keep falling open. all they did was use duck tape to seal up the opening. Does anyone know how this repair is normally done?

The duct tape probably won't last. My underbelly is a corrugated plastic sheet and anywhere its been opened a patch of the same material has been screwed and siliconed over the opening.
