Shower Door Warranty Repair
We purchased a Rockwood earlier this year and had the shower door shatter in July of this year. The trailer has been at the dealership for going on six months now, waiting on the arrival of the door. The dealership tells me the first two they received were not the correct doors, and now Forest River says they are having an issue with the manufacturer with no anticipated get well date. I have tried calling and emailing Forest River to verify this, but the follow up has been less than productive. Does anyone know of an issue they are having with shower door manufacturers, or any suggestions on who else I should call (promise I have tried all the normal avenues)? I’m ready to be able to use the trailer, tired of paying for something I can’t use.
