Slide Acuator Torn From Mount

New to the forum and first post. have a used 2015 Rockwood Ultralite 8329SS. Dry camped in Northern Arizona. Long story short, the slide acuator, motor and entire assembly was ripped from the mounting frame under the chassis. We drove over a few minor rocks getting to the campsite but nothing severe. I don't know if the acuator was dismounted before but we had the slide deployed a few times prior and did not notice anything unusual. Has anyone heard of this happening? Are campers with slides that delicate that you cannot drive them over semi bumpy roads? I can't believe they are.

Appreciate any feedback/experience/advice anyone has.
