Question Slides Won,t go in or out

Just bought a 2006 Silverback by Cedar Creek. When we tryed to open the slides they would not go out. We were told that the battery may be low so we tryed hooking jumper cables from the truck to the trailer and this did not work. We read in the book to use jumpers hooked stright to the pump and this worked. Is there any type of inline fuses in this system. We do know that the pump isn't getting power. Will take any help we can get.

Well, that proves the pump and the plumbing are all OK, which is the really expensive parts. Since the probelm has been proven to be electrical, the next thing I would do is get a wiring diagram and find out where the power stops. Electrical parts at least are fairly cheap. Pull the control switch out of the wall and make sure all the contacts are connected. Sounds like something somewhere has come unplugged.

Got the problem fixed. There is a small breaker on the inside of the A frame that had to be reset.
