Soft floor inside slider

I have a park model and the floor right inside the slider is getting very soft.

The slider is caulked the whole way around so I know water is not coming in there.

The only thing I notice is that water will drop down the slider from where the channel that holds the awning meets.. It will run into the track of the slider. The wood is trim around the door on the right side facing is kinda crumbling. It used to be damp, but when we got a new awning, that seemed to correct itself.

Should I pull out the door and reseal? Can I reinforce the floor from underneath ?

Any advice is really appreciated. I have to close it up for the season soon 😕
