Snap together Pergo type planks. I decided to use the wide double side tape specified for flooring. I couldn't decide on a proper adhesive to use. It all seemed fine for a year or so, but now gaps are starting to show and a few planks that were difficult to place are coming up. I'm going to try to patch it up using adhesive when we get home. But if I had to do it again I'd use a more flexible material. Good luck !

You can inspect under to assure the framing is in place and not broken. You can cut the underbelly on the center of framing to inspect and once repairs are made use tape to repair it.
