Soft kitchen floor

Has anyone experienced a soft kitchen floor on their tracer 2015 air?
When you walk through the kitchen it’s very soft by the heater vent.
Thankyou

Mine is too in my 2018 puma xle. Guessing it’s just the construction of the trailer.

We have a 2017 salem hemisphere lite and ours is soft too. They told us it is the way they are being built. No floor support under flooring. FR not standing behind repairing it. Our estimate is about $2400. This happened within two months of getting travel trailer. Not happy. We did not repair right away and it seems to be spreading. Has anyone fixed this problem their own? Normally soft floors means water damage. This is not a water problem.

We have a 2016 TracerAir 255 and our floors are rock solid.
Our previous trailer had the luan sandwich flooring, which felt soft in a number of places.
From what I know, our Tracer has plywood sub-floor.

No definitely not a water problem. Our 2017 Wildcat 28sgx went back to the factory for soft floors, they told us it was a glue problem and not fixable. We got a replacement 2018 Wildcat 28sgx.
