Spongy Floors?

Hey Guys!

I have a 2011 Forest River Flagstaff 8528 RKWS 5er ,Super Lite ,and have had the floors (supposedly) replaced in the downstairs part of the FW. abt 2 1/2 yrs ago.

We had the unit shipped back to Indiana but when it came home the floors were better, just not solid.

I know that these units have the sandwiched, vaccume sealed floors and roof systems. The floors have always bounced a little when walking across them, but now they are getting spongy once again., as if they are separating.

My questions for the group is this: Is this issue out of warranty long enough to consider no longer asking the company to repair the floors again, or should I just suck it up and think about putting down flooring over the separating flooring myself?

We are full timers so this is a major pain in the posterior item, lol!

Thanks for your thoughts on this matter!

putting flooring over the existing floor would cause interference with the slides
