Storage doors
I am looking for a storage door for my camper. I have called 2 dealers and they cant find one. Where does one look?

Let's start with....
Make, Model and year.
Interior or exterior.
Color and size.

To be technical: it is a 2014 forest river wildwood xlite. It is the front storage door. The measurements is 12.5 inch tall and 31.5 wide. Rvnation only makes doors 14.5 tall. Googled, searched and search and nothing.

Could you cut a thin piece of aluminum to fit inside factory metal trim on door.......
And paint...

Can FR at least give you a part number? If you could get that then a dealer could order it for you. I know Prime Time has a $50 limit on direct sales. I guess each division has their own policy.
Also, is there a small white tag stuck to the inside of the door? This tag contains dimensions, production date and possibly a part number. Maybe a dealer can do something with that? Is there another door the same size? Check it for the same tag if the damaged one is missing.

The last time I needed a compartment door that wasn't available due to age, I found one that was larger for sale on Ebay. Then I carefully drilled out the rivets and pulled of the frame of the old one. I then used the old bad door as a template and cut it out of the Ebay door. I then wrapped the trim around the new panel and fastened it. You'd never know unless I told you.
