Sunseeker 3170DS wheel well insulation?

I had a rear tire blowout on my class c sunseeker mh and in the process it wiped off all the spray on insulation in the wheel well. I need to know, do I even need to replace that and if I do need to replace it, what do I spray in there. My mh has an arctic package so this may be part of that.

The Arctic package is just heating pads on the enclosed grey and black tanks. I think the spray on stuff is more of a sound deadener.
