Tail Pipe ?

Before I toddle off to my local Ford dealer, I wonder how high your E450 tail pipe is off the ground behind the rear wheels? My new Sunseeker 2300 has a heat cover over the tail pipe where it passes behind the wheels, and I wonder how close this can/should be to the coach body, as well as if it should be mostly "level" with a slight downward angle to allow moisture to drip out, or at a steep angle?

Thanks for your input
