1st of all, welcome to the forum.

Are you sure you have over the air TV stations in the area ?? Is the antennae up ?? Have you rotated it to different directions ?? Is the little booster button on the coaxial wall plate pushed in and the green lite on ??

You have to pull the rotation collar (the one with the words UP and Down written on it) down slightly to rotate the antenna to point at the station's broadcast tower. The added black line points to the side of the mast with the plastic antenna head on it. All stations are now directional so you must use a web site like www.antennaweb.org to find the compass heading to the stations.

Do you have the Jensen Omni Directional antenna? If so, make sure the tv is set on "air" and the booster switch is flipped to antenna and not cable.
This antenna does provide a nice clear picture, but it does have a limited range. How far are you from the station's broadcasting tower? Are there mountains or buildings between you and the towers that could cause interference?
Hope this helps.

Also, once you are sure the green light is on, and you aren't on the cable switch side, you must do a channel scan/search, ro allow the reciever to pick up the available channels in that area. I do this at every new campground. Randy

"Head smack" Yes, I should have mentioned that too. Thanks.

In fact, since the digital stations are very directional, every time you turn the antenna to a new direction you should rescan. You might be surprised at the new stations you find. (you also might lose some since you are not pointing at the old ones.)

Antenna Web will give you several headings for different stations if they do not use the same tower farm in your area.

You will have to use the television's menu to set it to air. Once that is done you will have to tell the TV to scan for available stations. You should have been given an owners manual with the TV, if not, then you can go on the internet and download one for your model. I highly recommend reading the manual of these new digital TVs. The menu system can be somewhat confusing on some brands.

Scanning for available channels is the one thing I don't like about the new digital TVs. When traveling, we have to re-scan for available channels at every campground we stop at.
