I want to install a small electric fan in our TT to help move air from the AC to the front. It is small enough that I have no concerns about mounting it to the wall but I am concerned about noise given the thinness of the luan. I was thinking I could firm up the wall with the expandable foam products they sell for home insulating but I'm not sure if this might cause problems with making the wall bow. The wall is a half wall beside the kitchen sink and has the shower stall on the back side. It also contains the various control panels, wiring and shower plumbing. My intent is to only fill the areas where there is no piping or wires. Any thoughts or concerns I should take into account?

I've got a fantastic vent fan in the ceiling it would just suck the cold air out of the trailer given it's relationship to the AC.
The AC in my trailer is mounted at the top of the wall and blows across the width of the trailer at the back end. The air deflector uses an auger arrangement which is useless for getting any airflow to move forward. As an experiment I used a clip on fan on the bath door and it did a good job of getting the air to the front of the trailer. Since it worked so well I thought I would make it permanent rather that have the door hanging half open and have to remove it anytime we wanted to use the bath or access the pantry.
Ah I can understand that, the vent fan was just a thought.

If you use the expandable foam i would suggest the window/door frame version (usually light blue can). This will help prevent the bulging that the regular (red) high expansion foam can cause. Just a thought.
