Tilted Slideout
Our slideout is tilted out on the bottom. When looking back in the mirror it gives the impression that one of the storage doors is open. It seems to work properly and to my knowledge does not leak. Is there a way to adjust it or a reason not to? We don't have a local dealer to take it to but I can usually fix most things.

How much is it tilted out?
Is there a gap between the seal and the side of the camper?

It's pretty much flush on the top and out 1 1/2" on the bottom. The seals aren't touching starting at about half way down from the top.

It simply isn't being pulled all the way into travel position. When it gets that far, do you get that ratcheting sound from the drive slipping, or does the drive just stop? (it is electric, I assume?)

I understand that the slides are specifically rigged to go in slightly further at the top, to ensure the top seals are tight, to keep rain out, but 1.5" seems excessive.
On our GT325, I would estimate the slide-out walls are maybe 1/4" out at the bottom when the drive starts to slip. The bulb seals are compressed, but not completely flat. When the slides start to go out, the top moves first, then the whole thing ends up with the outside wall vertical and all the inside bulb seals equally compressed.

I've never heard the ratcheting sound. I push the in button until it stops and I think you can hear the motor bog like the cylinder is at the end of it's travel.
Here's some pics:

That is definitely not the way it is supposed to be.
I don't know how it could happen, but check the bell stop on the power ram under the slide. Something is definitely stopping the slide from going all the way in.

Looking at a bunch of trailers where I store mine, all are flush except mine. Haven't seen mine for about a month, but mine lacks about 3/4 to 1 inch from closing on the bottom if I remember correctly. But then with the way its designed, it could never close more than another 1/4 inch. (P. S. It's a Flagstaff). Wayne

I'm not sure it was this bad when I put it away, is it possible for them to settle that way as they sit for a while? My loader settles but it has gravity working against it. This weekend I think I'll put the battery in it and check it out. Supposed to be in the 50s in South Dakota!!

Alright, so I set the battery in it and hit the in button any it went in. WOW!! So, if you want your slide to look like it's not in all the way, just leave it out a little Thanks everyone!!
