Tires off or on the ground

Have new 2017 windjammer 3025W. Has auto level. Is it ok to have tires off of the ground when all done leveling? The previous camper was mini lite used to level side to side with boards. I was told with new TT that just get it close and auto level will do the rest.

Funny you should say that, we just took delivery of our Rockwood Signature 8328BS (35’) with auto level, the same happened. My site is slightly off left to right, my left side tires are on the ground, my right ones 3” off. I thought something was incorrect so I reset everything and it did the same. A quick call to my dealer and learned it was fine and normal and not to worry. Love the auto level!
Enjoy!

All 4 of my wheels were off the ground this past trip... Unnerving for sure!
