Tongue Jack- Warranty Claim

Just about a month off the lot and I have my first warranty claim. My tongue jack wont go up anymore. More precisely, the force required to turn the handle to raise the trailer is so high that I am bending the handle to go any further. Oh, and yes, it is not high enough to clear the hitch ball.

Frankly, If I could grease it, I think it would be okay, but I have no idea how to do that. Either that, or I may be upgrading to the electric jack faster than I wanted to.
