top alignment

I have a 1910 Tent Trailer and the top does not come down straight. This makes it hard to fasten and I am afraid the seals are not sealed correctly. There is no gap on one corner and about 1 inch gap on the opposite corner. I am looking for a way to align the top.

My older Flagstaff did the same thing but it wasnt due to the pully/lift system but due to the contents (side panels). There should be 4 latches, 1 on each corner that you can adjust to pull the top down the last little bit to make the seal.
