Yes.
Trailer (dolly in my case) tires MUST be re-torqued 100 miles or so after they come off and are put back on. I carry a 200# wrench for that. I also want to be able to torque the toad tires if they have to come off. Yes, driving home from work it's enough to do it by feel, and then torque them when you get home. When you're on the road for 3500 miles that doesn't work.
As for the Moho..... 450ft/lbs. I don't carry a spare, but I would have the road side dude tighten them lightly and then torque them with my 600# wrench. Torque matters.
I also do my own rotating/brake maintenance etc at home. So I need to have one anyways. Might as well bring it.
No, you do NOT use a torque wrench for ANYTHING else.
