touch audio
Has anyone with a touch audio unit figured out the ipod solution yet ?

I just picked up my new trailer, and have the newer version (I am told) of the Touch Audio dvd player (300xx).
I have the same "can't-read-ipod" problem, and have read all the threads to date. I also am looking for any help as the instruction manual is useless. I am hoping it is soluble before I have to pester Forest River about warranty.
Appreciate any help!

To my knowledge they will absolutely NOT read ipods. They will read some mp3 players but NOT ipod.
They have to pay apple to have the program installed in the radio and that doesn't make it cost effective!
only radios that have an ipod logo or ipod compatible device will play ipods. Just because it says mp3 or has a usb port doesn't mean it will play an ipod.
You have to run it through the 3.5 mm jack to make it work.
you can only charge your ipod through the usb port.
