Touch Audio in a 2012 28BHKS

I have the Touch Audio in a 2012 28BHKS. The DVD player is not reading DVDs. We load DVDs and get the "no disc" message. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum! A few questions- some of them may seem silly so sorry in advance.

- Is it a front load unit (DVD goes in horizontally), or does the face plate open up and you put the DVD in that way.
- Have you tried multiple discs? Are these all store bought?
- What about trying a CD- will it read that?
- Are you sure you are putting the disc in right side up? (Yes, I have seen people do this wrong.)
- If it is the "push open" type, did you make sure you removed the paper that was inside?

If nothing else, I find it better when I go back to the dealer that I can say I have tried a few things.

It's a front load, I've tried multiple DVDs, they're all store-bought. The unit worked for a while on our first trip and then stopped working on our second trip.

make sure you have absolutely nothing else plugged into the unit eg. usb, sd card. if you have more than one plugged in, won't recognize any. discovered when wanted to play from usb and had disc in unit. recently pulled unit out due to frustrations.
