Trailer Stabilizing Jacks

The rear trailer stabilizing jacks on my 2 year old Wildwood are always rusting. After the first year, I removed, wire brushed, primed and repainted them with a rust resistant paint. This year they are doing the same thing.. The front jacks are OK.. I am sure that the road debris from the trailer rear tires are causing this and the front edge of the square tube bumper also requires repainting. Is there a better brand of stabilizing jack that is more rust resistant than those that came on the trailer or is there a better or recommended brand of paint (been using Rustoleum) that will last longer than one season without rusting away??

You can always add some flaps behind the tires to protect the jacks & bumper or add a flap that goes completely across the trailer directly in front of the jacks.
