Question tst507 tpms problem????

Hi all

I have a tst 507 4 sensor system for my 5er tires. I've got the sensors programed and the pressure set (85psi high/75psi low) 4 tires show up on the screen (along with one extra on the tv, don't know why?) My problem is that the tires show up but no pressure or temp settings. Is this normal? Shouldn't there be something other than the tire symbols blinking one then the other repeatedly. I thought you would be able to see pressure and temperature settings for each tire for so many seconds then switch to the next tire then repeat. I don't know if I did the setup correct. The instructions were pretty vague. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks RonG

Just call TST and tell them what you posted and they will walk you thru the whole setup. Fantastic service.

It takes a while for the first readings to show up. Sometimes as much a 5 mins ( estimation). They may not all show up at the same time. Once they show up they will stay up-to-date. You might also want to expand your pressure range especially on the high side. The pressure will increase with driving and road/ambient temp. If you are starting at 80 you might need to go closer to 95. You may have to experiment. The numbers are more relative than exact. You will be really with this system.

I think they recommend 20% on the high side and 10% on the low side...your 85/75 settings wouldn't last long once you hit the highway without alarms going off......if you are starting with 80 psi on a given day don't be surprised if that changes daily just sitting on the driveway by a couple pounds up and down due to changes in daily temperature, sun on one side , shade on the other, these all effect the tire pressure.....the company's customer service is the best.

I had mine aired to 80. Regularly saw close to 90 psi.
