Two problems with roo 233

We just bought a used 2010 roo 233 which was in excellent condition. It has three fold down beds. On our first trip we encountered two problems and we looking for any info. We ran into driving rain and water got into the front bunk at the bottom. It seems like the seal at the bottom underneath the rubber gasket is not seated properly and water rode up inside of the wall causing the aluminum to come loose at the bottom. The bed area was soft but we did not use it and it seems to be firm now that it has dried out. All the other seals look good so it must have come up from the bottom. Any idea how to repair this leak. Second, the refrigerator shut down when in gas mode, when we reset it and tried again a large flame was lit under the unit ( not contained and extending to the wires) we shut the gas off. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I think the water comes in the from the spray from the TV tires and through the front bunk hinges. That's my theory. I put tape over the hinge now if I suspect there will be rain on the drive and there is no water in the front bunk when we arrive.
