Type of Roof sealer

I was on the roof of the Roo and noticed there was some cracking on the sealant/ chalk around the roof components(vents, etc..). Just wondering what to use to reseal and should I reseal over the top or remove the old.

Thanks for the input

So do you remove the old/cracked sealant first?

Nope. Clean it with mineral spirits and alcohol then apply tape and use a roller. This stuff works great. 10 yr warranty no more globbing on dicor every year

Dicor self-leveling sealant. Clean as mentioned above and apply with a caulking gun.
