U-Lounge Drawer adjustment

I have a drawer on my couch at each end that slides out. 1 of them doesn't want to latche all the way in and sticks out about 3/4-inch. Does anyone know how to adjust these???

Yep. I talked with the dealer the other day and made some adjustments that the tech suggested. No go. They are going to send me 2 new rails to install. I'll let you know if that fixes it. If they don't help off I go to the dealer to let them try and fix it.

So did the new rails fix the problem? Is it by any chance the one close to the front door?
