Underbelly barrier waterproofing

As part of my 261T Floor replacement project (see separate thread in Repair section), I used some Eternabond tape to seal any decent size hole in the black water barrier/membrane. Any hole larger than 1mm is already sealed. But I also noticed a lot of road-rash type of damage. Not really holes, but likely enough to let moisture in, which could get trapped.

I don't want to attempt replacing large sections of that membrane, nor do I really want to get into installing that Coroplast stuff.

Does anyone know of some sort of spray-on sealer that would seal up little pin-holes like this? Would several cans of Krylon do the trick?

I'm thinking along the lines of this:
Home Armor 12-oz. Black Premium Flexible Aerosol Sealer-EHFS01HD at The Home Depot
