Underbelly replacement

I was wondering if anyone has had to replace the underbelly sheeting on their camper. I had to replace my fresh water tank due to cracks in the ears on the top part of the tank. After taking it down I realized the wood had rotted. I would like to replace all of the underside with something else. After looking at PVC sheeting I realize this is too expensive. any suggestions?

The underbelly is called coroplast it's like a plastic corregated board. You can do a google search and find it in about any color you'd like. Also, check with local sign shops. They might have a better price as they use a ton of the stuff. They might even piggyback an order for you on their next shipment.

That what I did, it was not a replacement but on a new trailer that did not have an underbelly on it. I went to a local plastic shop, but a sign shop may work too. They had all kinds of plastic sheets, tubes, pexiglass etc to give you an idea.

Bama is right it is called coroplast or something it is a corrigated plastic like cardboard. I actually went with a nice thicker version than the RV store had and it was 7 bucks a sheet, 4 X 9 and took 8 sheets. I looked way nicer on that trailer than my 2008 Wildcat 5er does do to installation and thickness. I have tossed around replacing the underbelly on the Wildcat because it came out so nice.

Where did you get the coroplast? $7 a sheet is a great price.

It was a local place called Regal Plastic Supply. It cost me less than 75 to do a 31 foot tt. It was much nicer to because I got a little thicker mil
