Unusual noise

New to forum and have quick question. Currently am on a trip with Georgetown 341 Ford V10 and at about 55MPH hear a whisteling from upfront, like blowing thru a blade of grass. It lasts for about 5 MPH and goes away. Seeing how this is the sped I normally travel it is very annoying.I hope someone may have a suggetions on possible fix. Thanks much.

Welcome to the forum. Could you have picked up something that is lodged under the coach (plastic bag)? Or could it be from the AC? Just thoughts on the subject.

I had a similar problem with dw's Buick. It was a soundproofing baffle in the fender well. It was not fastened on the fender side and at 50-60 it would break loose, "buzz", then as it folded back from air pressure; stop.

With no way to gain access without fender removal, I just pulled it out with vise grips.
