USB Port Failure

I have a 2018 Forrest river cherokee 274vfk. And one of the wall usb ports went out. Anyone know where to get those particular ones to replace it??

Is it a standalone 5VDC, or composite 110VAC/5VDC?

Im going to assume its DC volt. They work off the battery when there is no power plugged in. I havent taken it off the wall though either.

I had a dual USB port in the wall of my 2018 Surveyor. It got hot enough to shut down when attempting to charge 2 ipads. I replaced it with a 12 Volt port (cigarette lighter socket) and use a 5 port Anker plug in charger. I get more USB ports, does not overheat, nor does it cause fuse failure.
