Using your gas when generator is running

Should you use your gas to keep your refrigerator colder when running your camper with a genaerator?

I don't think gas will keep your any colder.

Keeping the fridge on gas while running the generator depends on the load of the generator. For me, I have a 2400 watt generator, and when I run the AC I shut off all other loads, including the fridge by cutting the fridge to gas only. If you have a big gnerator, and/or not using the AC, then the fridge should do fine on electric.
