V-10 Triton Anti-Freeze (Coolant)

As in politics, everyone's opinion seems to be 51-49.....so let's try this one.

Can I use Prestone Extended Life 50/50 Coolant in my Ford V-10 Triton?
Prestone says "Compatible with any color (yellow, orange, etc.)"

Ford says "Use Motorcraft Premium Gold (yellow) Engine Coolant
VC-7-A....ONLY.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Barry
