The walls in the bathroom and bedroom are buckling on my 2018 Avenger 27dbs. The dealer tried to resecure them with a few staples and brads but it didn't hold. Can I screw them in? What is behind the walls, studs or just furring strips? Any thoughts? No water damage so I'm not sure what's causing it.
Is it the tape that covers the seams or the board itself??? Looks like the cosmetic tape. If it is just the tape it happens often and just an appearance issue.

Most wood framed campers are 2x2 studs.
The cosmetic tape is peeling because the wall board popped off the stud and pushed the tape out.
