First warranty issue I contacted RV Wholesalers they said to go ahead and get a quote and submit it to them (RV Wholesalers) and they would submit it to Forest River and let me know. When I went to my local Camping World (in Churchville NY) to get a quote they said I didn't have to submit it to RV Wholesalers that they will take care of it. They said they have dealt with Rockwood warranty manager Jonathan Gust and it won't be a problem and it will be quicker. I called RV Wholesalers explained what I was told and they said great go ahead. If your local CW carries other Forest River products I don't see why they wouldn't be willing to help you also? I've been back to our CW twice with warranty issues and each time they expedited and did the repairs.
