Hey all,
So I am getting ready to make my haul to Ohio to pick up my new '13 Sierra 365SAQ and sent a message to the dealer asking about warranty work. Basically, I know the usual horror stories of buying out of state and local dealers not providing you the best service because you did not purchase your unit from them, but my question lays in the response from the dealer who stated it should not be an issue as they are a Route 66 network dealer and the network, provided I go to a Route 66 network dealer, I should not have an issue with getting work done under warranty. So my question is, has anyone ever had to deal with Rt 66 network with their rigs? Is this accurate? I am also probably going to get my extended warranty with Good Sam (unless you all might have something better in your pocket that you are willing to share with me
) but hoping that if the Rt 66 doesn't come through like the dealer says, that Good Sam coverage will pick it up at dealers they work with. What say the experts??
