Water Damage, Rotted Wood in Ceiling

I recently bought a 2001 Rockwood Premier (Model 2307). i discovered in cleaning it up that the wood in the back right corner ceiling area had a leak at some point. the wood between the roof and ceiling in that area is clearly rotted, as its weak to the touch. the vent fan is also located in that corner and shows evidence of water seepage around it as well.

is it even possible to replace the wood (assuming its a sheet of plywood) between the roof and ceiling? if so, is it a do-it-yourself job or will the local RV dealer have to fix it?

i'm not entirely sure it actually needs replacing at this point. structurally it still seems "ok", but clearly has significant rotting going on and I'm assuming at some point will have to be addressed.
