We're happy campers!!

Picked up our camper this morning in Millersburg, Indiana after having our floor replaced due to failure of the laminated floor. So, so, SO impressed with Deb Rimsa and the warranty crew at Forest River. In addition to the floor replacement, they fixed the water heater so it now works on electric (yea!), put in a new water pump (didn't know there was a leak!), put new switches in for the power stabilizer jacks, replaced the floor of the slide, replaced a cracked fender, replaced the door on the outside kitchen due to a small delam area, did a pressure test and a leak test, checked the propane lines, etc, checked the air pressure in the tires and sent us on our way - all of this at no charge! We also had a new awning put on to replace damage, and a new microwave. We had to pay for both of these. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Well, I guess if the floor wouldn't have failed to begin with, it would have been more positive, but then we wouldn't have had the rest of this pesky stuff taken care of. The new outside kitchen door has slam latches. Now we MUST get these for our other hatch doors!! So happy today!!

We also discovered that they replaced all the door catches on the compartments. They were all yellowed. And about a year or so ago, the floor in our bathroom closet failed so my DH fixed it with some 1/2" plywood. It was in the closet, so we just left it. Opened the closet and lo annd behold, they covered the plywood with the original covering and put a nice trim piece on. Oh, and they replaced the broken breaker box cover.

Just realized that they also replaced the putside shower. Wow...I'm so impressed. It's like having a new camper.

You can't say enough good things about FR factory service, even on a 2012. It is a shame so many people on here bad mouth FR but you always hear the complaints and seldom the good stuff.

Exactly! You only hear the horror stories and the people b $%#@$%& about small trivial stuff that we took care of on our own. Like the failure of almost every shelf. We either reinforced them, or put a new shelf in. Roll your house down crappy highways and see how much stuff breaks. I'm definitely not discounting the people who have legitimate HUGE problems. We've been MORE than satisfied, that's for sure.
