What is it called

What covers the cabinetry in my wolf? Its not a veneer. It seems to be more like a paper that simulates wood grain. Some of it has peeled off from the cabinets under the sink from washing dished and splashing to much.

You could try getting some wood grain contact paper. Take off a small cabinet door to bring with you to get the best color match.

Contact Paper is a adhesive backed paper often used to line drawers, shelves, etc. It comes in a variety of colors and patterns including a couple colors in a wood grain pattern. Try a well stocked hardware store, Walmart, Home Depot etc.

You could try stain

I had a few small areas and used some stain to cover it up. I am pretty sure it was a Minwax Gunstock stain #231. It was a pretty good match.

Hope this helps.

The cabinetry and stiles are vacuum shrink wrapped. The wrapping comes to the cabinet shop in four ft. Wide rolls. Dealers can order from the mfr. a vinyl sheeting that peels and sticks to cabinetry. We have ordered it to repair damaged cabinetry. But be prepared to get a pricey bill for it. It could be less money to order a new door or length of stile board as needed.

This was one of many disappointments with our new trailer. There came a point in time when we realized that most of the "wood" in the camper was just wood photo printed on paper and glued to a cheap composite material. Was this done to lighten the weight? NO. Just to be cheap.
