What kind of grease for Barker VIP 3500?

Using the power jack it was making noises like grinding, not loud but there. Will lithium grease or equalizer hitch grease work?

The instructions say to use Mobilith 460 grease or equivalent if lubrication is needed. I bought Mobilith SHC 460, which has an NLGI of 1.5.

You can find it at a Graingers and elsewhere or you might just try something that has an NLGI of 1.5.
