I use WD40 for the metal components and Silicone spray for plastic and window slides. I lube before the season and once a month in the summer. I do put a heaver grease like bearing grease on the slide gearing while I have it open while greasing the bearings.

I use a graphite dry lube on my manual stabilizer screws and the steps. I use Protect All Slideout Dry Lube for the slide out gear. Protect All Slideout Rubber Seal Treatment. Bearing grease on the Equalizer hitch head.
